Preguntas frecuentes

Las dudas más habituales de quienes están a punto de reservar

Divers can begin their underwater adventure at 8 years old in the swimming pool with the PADI Bubblemaker Programme and at least 10 years old in the ocean. There is no upper age limit for diving, however, all divers should be in good physical health.

Being able to swim is not a disadvantage, but for the Discover Scuba Diving experience, there is no swimming component. For PADI Scuba Diver or Open Water Diver certification, there is a water fitness evaluation including a 200m swim and a 10-minute survival float test.

Divers need to wait a minimum of 12 hours after a single dive before flying. There is no limit to coming off a plane into the sea.

All necessary equipment is included: snorkel gear, fins, mask, snorkel, and lifejackets/snorkel vests. A freshwater rinse tank is provided, along with drinking water on board the boat and sometimes a light snack. A safety briefing and floatation devices are also provided.

Water temperatures vary year-round from 27°C (77°F) in winter to 30°C (84°F) in summer, typically allowing divers to wear just a swimsuit or a 3mm shorty wetsuit.
