All divers must be at least PADI Open Water certified and must have logged a dive within the last year to participate in diving activities with Rainbow Reef. For those needing certification or a refresher, associates are available to assist.
Standard dive trips include two dive locations with tanks, weights, and a complimentary Dive Guide. Fresh water showers are available on the boats, and upon request, the crew can assist with gear changes between dives and breakdown after the dive.
Rainbow Reef offers access to over 75 dive sites in the upper Keys, including extensive coral reefs, artificial reefs, wrecks, ledges, and walls. Popular sites frequently visited include Molasses Reef, French Reef, The Christ Statue, and the Spiegel Grove wreck.
The Unlimited Nitrox packages allow certified Enriched Air divers to use Nitrox on all their dives at a cost-effective rate. Tanks are prepared on the boat before each trip, making it convenient and saving money compared to à la carte pricing.
The Advanced Open Water course includes the PADI eCode, dive trips, instruction, and a PIC card. Rental equipment, a dive light, and a dive computer are not included in the base price but can be rented or purchased separately.
