FLOWMER UNDERWATER SPORTS ART DIVING CENTER, located in Shenyang, China, is an SSI and TDI affiliated dive center. It offers a comprehensive range of courses, from beginner certifications like Snorkeling and Advanced Open Water to professional programs such as the Instructor Development Course.
