Reservations are confirmed upon payment of a non-refundable deposit. Prices are subject to annual review, and bookings made in advance may be subject to price adjustments. The service includes a weight belt, weights, and air tanks (12L, 13L, or 15L). Rented equipment must be returned in good condition; loss or damage may incur charges.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund or date change. Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours in advance receive a 50% refund or date change based on availability. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows result in no refund.
If an activity is cancelled due to adverse weather, technical issues, or official advisories, clients can opt for a date change, a change to another activity, or a full refund.
Once the theoretical part of a course has begun, no refund will be issued, even if the practical part is not completed. Reprogramming the practical part requires at least 48 hours' notice. If a student withdraws for reasons unrelated to the center, the center will determine any refund based on resources already allocated.
