Small groups, with a strict ratio of 1 instructor to 4 participants, guarantee personalized attention and serenity. Digital souvenir photos are included to commemorate the experience. Participants must hold a certification as autonomous freedivers, with a recommended minimum level of AIDA 2 / Molchanovs Wave 1 or equivalent. Initiation is generally accessible from 16 years old. Outings require participants to be adults (18 years).

A neoprene freediving suit, fins, mask, snorkel, weight belt, and weights are provided. Digital souvenir photos are also included.
You need to be comfortable in the water, able to swim at least 100-200m, be in good physical condition, and have a recommended or mandatory medical certificate. Minimum age is 16 or 18 depending on the activity. Parental authorization is required for minors.
