India Scuba Explorers, located on Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep) in India, is a pioneering dive center holding PADI and SSI certifications. Established in 2007, it was the first PADI dive center on Neil Island and among the earliest in the entire Andaman Archipelago, boasting extensive experience in underwater exploration. The center takes pride in being among the pioneers of PADI diving in the Andamans, welcoming divers of all levels, from beginners to advanced, to discover adventure at its rich dive sites.

The center offers a comprehensive range of diving courses, including Discover Scuba Diving, Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water, Enriched Air Nitrox, Rescue Diver, Divemaster, and Instructor Development Course. They also provide specialties like Boat Diving and Underwater Photography. With their e-learning program, students can complete the theory portion online at their own convenience, maximizing their time in the water for practical application and certification by trusted instructors.

India Scuba Explorers provides complete facilities for a seamless diving experience. These include accommodation, a classroom, equipment rental, a dive shop, and air fills (including nitrox). Activities offered encompass both boat diving and shore diving, with guided dives led by experienced individuals knowledgeable about the local sites. The center also features a bar for post-dive relaxation, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all divers.
