This program is designed to equip participants with essential freediving techniques, focusing on breath-hold efficiency, relaxation methods, and critical safety protocols. Training incorporates theoretical classroom sessions, practical pool exercises for mastering skills like finning and equalization, and open water dives in the unique Cap de Creus environment.
