Descripción del Curso
The DEEP CAMP DAHAB is an intensive technical-level freediving program designed to elevate your performance in one of the world's most renowned freediving destinations. Hosted by Miguel Ozano, this camp leverages the exceptional conditions of Dahab's Blue Hole, a site offering accessible depths and ideal clarity for deep training. The curriculum focuses on the critical pillars of deep freediving: mastering advanced techniques, refining sophisticated equalization methods such as Frenzel and mouthfill, adapting to hydrostatic pressure, and extending breath-hold capabilities. Participants will engage in multiple depth sessions, meticulously tailored to their individual skill progression, ensuring a personalized and effective learning experience.
Dahab, Egypt, provides a unique backdrop for this advanced training. While specific monthly climate data for Dahab is not provided in the context, the general sea temperature is noted at 19.5°C, offering a consistent environment for extended water time. The Blue Hole itself is celebrated for its vertical walls and direct access to significant depths, facilitating the practical application of techniques learned during the camp. This environment is conducive to safely exploring the physiological and psychological aspects of deep freediving.
Miguel Ozano is a center that offers certifications through CMAS, IDEA, and SSI, providing a recognized framework for your freediving development. The camp is conducted in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and Italian, ensuring clear communication and understanding for a diverse group of participants. While specific instructor-to-student ratios or details about dedicated boats are not specified, the focus on an intensive training experience suggests a commitment to personalized guidance and safety protocols.
This DEEP CAMP DAHAB is structured to build confidence and refine skills for serious freedivers aiming to push their limits safely. The program integrates theoretical knowledge with practical application, including flexibility exercises and video analysis of technique, to ensure a holistic approach to improvement. By participating, you join a community of like-minded individuals in a location synonymous with freediving excellence, fostering a supportive atmosphere for technical rigor and personal growth.
