Descripción del Curso
The LLORET DE MAR (Nivel 1 y 2) courses offered by Miguel Ozano provide a comprehensive introduction to the discipline of freediving. These programs are structured to accommodate individuals new to the sport (Nivel 1) and those seeking to build upon existing skills (Nivel 2). The training emphasizes foundational techniques, including efficient breathing patterns for maximizing oxygen utilization and relaxation methods to conserve energy. Safety protocols are a paramount focus throughout the curriculum, ensuring participants develop a strong understanding of risk management in freediving.
Participants will engage in theoretical sessions, pool training to refine essential skills such as equalization and finning techniques, and open water dives. Nivel 1 aims to establish a solid base, enabling students to perform basic freedives with confidence. Nivel 2 progresses to more advanced methodologies, potentially including deeper dives and extended breath-holds, always with an unwavering commitment to safety and proper execution. The objective is to equip students with the necessary skills and self-assurance for responsible freediving.
Lloret de Mar's coastal waters offer an accessible and controlled environment ideal for learning and practicing freediving. While specific monthly temperatures vary, the sea temperature can reach up to 19.5°C, providing a comfortable medium for training during suitable periods. The curriculum is designed to foster a deep appreciation for the underwater world and the human body's freediving capabilities.
Miguel Ozano is certified by CMAS, IDEA, and SSI, offering internationally recognized qualifications.
