Descripción del Curso

The TENERIFE (DEEP CAMP) course at Miguel Ozano is designed for freedivers seeking to master depth disciplines. This intensive program focuses on advanced techniques essential for exploring greater depths safely and efficiently. Participants will refine crucial skills such as advanced equalization methods, including Frenzel and mouthfill techniques, and learn to manage the physiological effects of increased pressure. The curriculum emphasizes personalized progression through multiple in-water sessions, ensuring each student receives tailored guidance to meet their specific depth goals.

Tenerife, a prime location for deep freediving, offers exceptional conditions year-round. The island's waters provide accessible depths and a stable environment conducive to training. While specific monthly temperatures are available, the general climate supports consistent practice. The camp leverages these natural advantages to create an optimal learning atmosphere for serious freedivers. This setting allows for focused development in a supportive community.

Miguel Ozano offers this specialized training with a commitment to high standards, evidenced by their certifications with CMAS, IDEA, and SSI. The center caters to an international clientele, providing instruction in English, Spanish, and Italian. This multilingual approach ensures clear communication and a comfortable learning experience for a diverse range of participants. The focus remains on technical proficiency and safety throughout the course.

This Deep Camp is structured to build confidence and competence in deep freediving. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge, practical exercises like flexibility training, and detailed video analysis of technique, students gain a comprehensive understanding of deep diving principles. The expert supervision provided during all in-water activities is paramount to fostering safe exploration and skill development. The objective is to empower freedivers to safely push their limits and achieve new personal bests.
