The Saita Diving 2 Star Diver course is designed to elevate your underwater capabilities, allowing exploration down to 40 meters with essential decompression techniques. This advanced program, exclusively for club members, blends theoretical knowledge with practical application. While optional pool sessions are available, the core curriculum focuses on four crucial open water dives. These dives are meticulously planned to cover salvage operations, rescue scenarios, precise compass navigation, and a significant deep dive, building your confidence in managing complex dive situations.

Participants must be at least 16 years old and hold a 1 Star Diver certification with a minimum of 20 logged dives. A Basic Life Support (SVB) specialty certification is also a prerequisite, which can be completed at Saita Diving during the course. A valid medical certificate or declaration is mandatory to ensure your safety throughout the training. The course fee covers all theoretical instruction, practical dives, leadership and deep dive training, the use of a decompression buoy, compass navigation practice, and your international certification, including educational materials and evaluation.

This certification is internationally recognized and aligns with standards set by major agencies, being equivalent to CMAS 2 Star Diver, PADI Rescue Diver, SSI Advanced OW Diver, and ACUC Advanced Diver. The training at Saita Diving emphasizes practical skills and dive planning, preparing you for a wider range of underwater environments and challenges. The club offers instruction in Catalan, English, and Spanish, catering to a diverse membership.

While travel and meals are not included, the comprehensive package ensures you receive top-tier training. The average sea temperature in the region hovers around 19.5°C, with monthly variations providing suitable conditions for diving throughout much of the year. For instance, July and August offer warmer waters around 24-25°C, ideal for extending your time underwater.
