Descripción del Curso

Master underwater navigation with the SSI Navigation specialty course offered by Buceo Galicia. This program is designed to equip you with the essential skills to confidently orient yourself beneath the waves. You will learn to utilize a compass effectively, calculate distances with precision, and execute search patterns, ensuring you can always retrace your path or locate specific points. The course emphasizes planning and executing underwater routes, a critical skill for any diver looking to explore more and enhance their safety.

While specific dive site details for this specialty are not provided, Buceo Galicia operates in a region with a sea temperature averaging 15.6°C, though monthly air temperatures fluctuate significantly, ranging from 10.5°C in December to 20.5°C in August. This variability suggests that dive conditions can change, making strong navigation skills even more valuable for planning dives throughout the year. Understanding these environmental factors is part of becoming a well-rounded diver.

Buceo Galicia is a certified training center with SSI, indicating adherence to their established educational standards. The center supports a multilingual environment, offering courses in German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, and Russian, catering to a diverse international clientele. This broad language support ensures that non-native Spanish speakers can fully engage with the course material and instructor guidance.

Developing strong navigation skills is a significant step in your diving education.
