The program condenses the initial theory and practical elements of the Open Water curriculum.

Your training includes the first three sections of the PADI Open Water Diver theory, delivered online for your convenience. Practical skills are honed through three confined water dives, where you'll master essential safety exercises, equipment handling, and buoyancy control. These sessions are followed by two open water dives in the sea, allowing you to apply your newly acquired skills in a real diving environment. Buzos Merluzos ensures a relaxed learning experience, making it accessible even for those who might initially feel hesitant about diving.

Upon successful completion, you will be qualified to dive to a maximum depth of 12 meters with a PADI professional, opening up opportunities for guided dives worldwide. This certification also serves as an excellent stepping stone; you can easily upgrade to the PADI Open Water Diver certification by completing just three additional dives and two more theory modules. To begin your PADI Scuba Diver journey with Buzos Merluzos, you must be at least 10 years old and in good general health, with basic swimming ability.
