The Divemaster course represents the initial professional certification within recreational diving, equipping you to lead and manage dive activities. This comprehensive program, offered by Vive Buceo, focuses on cultivating your leadership capabilities and dive supervision skills. You will learn to oversee dive operations, provide assistance to instructors during training sessions, and guide certified divers on underwater explorations.
Throughout this demanding course, your dive skills will be honed to demonstration quality. You will master advanced rescue techniques and develop a profound understanding of dive theory, encompassing physics, physiology, and equipment intricacies. Practical experience will be gained in planning and executing dives, managing logistical aspects, and ensuring the safety and well-being of fellow divers.
Key components include extensive knowledge development sessions, rigorous water skills refinement, stamina exercises, and practical application through assisting with courses and leading certified divers. You will learn to anticipate and resolve potential issues, manage dive sites effectively, and communicate clearly with divers across all experience levels. - Advanced Open Water Diver certification
- Rescue Diver certification
- Completed EFR Primary and Secondary Care training within 24 months
