The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course at ZOEA is designed to build upon the skills you learned in your Open Water Diver certification, expanding your capabilities and introducing you to new types of diving. This course is about gaining experience and confidence through five different adventure dives, guided by a PADI professional. The course structure includes knowledge development for the adventure dives you choose, along with practical application during the dives themselves. The core dives typically include Deep Diving, where you learn to plan and execute dives to greater depths (up to 30 meters/100 feet), and Underwater Navigation, which refines your compass skills and improves your ability to navigate underwater. Beyond the two required dives, you can choose three additional adventure dives based on your interests. Popular options include Night Diving, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Wreck Diving, Drift Diving, and Underwater Photography.
