El Mar Diving Center offers the Stress & Rescue Diving Specialty course, a vital program designed to equip divers with the essential skills to manage stressful situations and respond effectively to emergencies. Requisitos
- Edad mínima: 10 años (Open Water Junior) o 15 años (Open Water completo)
- Saber nadar 200 m sin parar (estilo libre, espalda o braza)
- Mantenerse a flote 10 minutos sin apoyo
- No padecer claustrofobia ni asma severa
- Cuestionario médico firmado (PADI) — si hay duda, certificado médico
- Si tienes lentillas o gafas, comunicarlo al inscribirte
