Advanced Free Diver

This program builds upon your existing foundation, whether from the PSS Free Diver certification or an equivalent, focusing on sophisticated techniques to enhance breath-hold and dive performance. The five-day curriculum masterfully blends intensive theory with practical application. Practical sessions are demanding, concentrating on static and dynamic apnea at depth, constant weight, and variable weight dives.
