It is recommended to bring windbreaker clothing for winter months, biodegradable sunscreen, a towel, water-resistant footwear, and tips for the crew. For specific trips, like whale watching, comfortable footwear is also advised.

For the Advanced Adventurer course, you need to be an Open Water Diver or equivalent, at least 12 years old, and in good physical condition. For the Rescue Diver course, you must be an Open Water Diver (or equivalent) with at least 12 years of age and have completed Emergency First Response (EFR) training within the last 24 months.
