Primera certificació internacional per descobrir el submarinisme lliure fins a 20 metres, combinant teoria i pràctica en el medi natural.
Baptisme de Submarinisme – Matí de Descobriment
Experiència de busseig personalitzada a les Calanques, incloent navegació, descobriment del medi marí i una immersió fins a 6 metres.
Certificació Nivell 1 FFESSM (PE20)

Sortie Apnée – Autonome et certifié

The course takes place from June to September, coinciding with the warmest sea temperatures, which average around 17°C but can be significantly warmer during these summer months, especially in the late afternoon. The sessions are supported by a boat equipped with a dedicated freediving pole, ensuring safety and comfort. Small groups, with a strict ratio of 1 instructor to 4 participants, guarantee personalized attention and serenity. Digital souvenir photos are included to commemorate the experience. Participants must hold a certification as autonomous freedivers, with a recommended minimum level of AIDA 2 / Molchanovs Wave 1 or equivalent. Comfort with sea practice and adherence to safety rules are essential. The minimum age is 18, and a medical certificate along with a valid freediving license or insurance are mandatory. A neoprene freediving suit, fins, mask, snorkel, weight belt, and weights are provided. Digital souvenir photos are also included.
You need to be comfortable in the water, able to swim at least 100-200m, be in good physical condition, and have a recommended or mandatory medical certificate. Minimum age is 16 or 18 depending on the activity. Parental authorization is required for minors.
