The PE12 (Plongeur Encadré 12 mètres) certification at Diving Calvi offers a structured introduction to supervised diving for individuals aged 12 and above. This course allows participants to explore the underwater world up to a depth of 12 meters under the direct supervision of an instructor. It is designed as an intermediate step for those who have completed introductory dives and wish to build confidence and experience in a controlled environment. The certification is lifelong and recognized internationally, equivalent to the Scuba Diver certification.

This program includes three distinct dives conducted over three half-days. The initial session takes place in a sheltered area, such as a beach, at a maximum depth of 5 meters. This 45-minute dive focuses on mastering fundamental diving exercises. Subsequently, participants embark on two boat dives in natural marine settings. The first of these reaches a depth of 6 meters, followed by the second dive extending to the course's maximum of 12 meters, providing opportunities to practice skills and observe marine life.

Diving Calvi, located in Calvi, offers this course with the backing of multiple certifying agencies, including CMAS, FFESSM, PADI, and SSI, ensuring a globally recognized standard of training.
