PADI Bubblemaker programme

The PADI Bubblemaker programme offers a thrilling and safe introduction to the underwater world for children aged 8 and above, conducted by The Submersibles. This program is specifically designed to let young adventurers experience the sensation of breathing underwater using scuba equipment in a controlled pool or confined water environment. Under the direct supervision of a PADI instructor, participants will learn basic scuba skills, including mask clearing and breathing underwater, all within a maximum depth of 2 meters. It's an excellent way to build confidence and ignite a passion for diving from an early age.

During the approximately 2-hour session, children get to wear real scuba gear, including a mask, fins, regulator, and tank, engaging in fun, game-based activities that teach fundamental scuba principles. The shallow depth ensures a reassuring and enjoyable first encounter with diving. Parents are encouraged to observe from the poolside, witnessing their children's excitement as they explore this new aquatic realm. The Bubblemaker program is also available for special occasions, offering unique PADI Bubblemaker Birthday Parties.

While the dives completed do not count towards the PADI Open Water Diver certification, they serve as a valuable preparatory experience. This program helps children become comfortable with the equipment and the unique feeling of breathing underwater. It can significantly ease their transition to the PADI Junior Open Water Diver course once they reach the age of 10.
