Why consider taking a diving course?
A scuba diving course provides you with the essential knowledge and skills to dive safely and independently. Upon successful completion, you'll earn a diving certification, which allows you to dive and explore the seabed anywhere in the world (as long as the diving level corresponds to your certification level) and also allows you to rent diving equipment at dive centers.
Minimum age

Physical Health

Yes, you need to know how to swim for diving certifications. For PADI Open Water you must swim 200m unaided and float for 10 minutes. However, for a try dive the requirements are minimal and the instructor guides you throughout.
