Divemaster

The Divemaster program at Scuba World is the first professional-level qualification on the SSI track, sitting between recreational certification and instructor-level training. It's the course for divers who want to work in the industry or who simply want to deepen their involvement in dive operations beyond just being a guest.

Training takes place through the Arnhem center and draws on the full range of the center's infrastructure — pool, rental equipment, the Vulstation, and access to open-water sites via the center's organized dive calendar. Candidates work with the existing instructor team during the program.

Scuba World has been training divers at all levels for over twenty years, so the Divemaster track runs alongside the recreational course schedule rather than being an isolated program. Candidates get exposure to how an established, multi-service dive center actually operates — retail, servicing, training, and travel all in one place.
