The Deep Diver specialty course at Ocean First in Boulder, Colorado, is designed to extend your recreational diving limits safely and confidently. This program typically involves two training dives, taking you to depths of 40 meters (130 feet), the maximum allowed for recreational diving. You will learn to manage gas planning, recognize and handle nitrogen narcosis, and understand the physiological effects of deeper dives. Ocean First, a NAUI, PADI, SDI, and SSI certified facility, ensures you receive instruction from experienced professionals. The practical sessions are conducted at local dive sites that allow for the necessary depth and conditions, providing a realistic training environment to hone your deep diving skills.

Requirements
- Edad mínima: 10 años (Open Water Junior) o 15 años (Open Water completo)
- Saber nadar 200 m sin parar (estilo libre, espalda o braza)
- Mantenerse a flote 10 minutos sin apoyo
- No padecer claustrofobia ni asma severa
- Cuestionario médico firmado (PADI) — si hay duda, certificado médico
- Si tienes lentillas o gafas, comunicarlo al inscribirte
