Open Water Diver

The Open Water Diver Course at Bali Fun Diving is your official entry into the world of scuba. You will engage in a combination of theory sessions, confined water training in a pool environment, and four crucial open water dives. Bali's tropical waters offer a fantastic training ground. While the sea temperature remains consistently warm, averaging around 30°C year-round, air temperatures fluctuate slightly. For instance, May sees average air temperatures of 26.8°C with moderate rainfall of 90.3 mm, making it a pleasant time for diving. Later in the year, August offers drier conditions with air temperatures around 25.4°C and minimal rainfall at 36.2 mm, providing excellent visibility for practicing your new skills.
