This knowledge is immediately put into practice during a supervised dive in shallow, calm waters, allowing for a comfortable acclimatization to the aquatic environment and the sensation of weightlessness.

The Costa Brava coastline, where Lassdive typically conducts these introductory dives, offers generally clear visibility and sheltered areas ideal for beginners. While specific dive sites vary, the marine environment here is known for its diverse underwater landscapes. The sea temperature can fluctuate throughout the year, with averages ranging from approximately 9.9°C in January to a warmer 26.4°C in August, offering different conditions depending on the season of your visit.

Lassdive ensures a high standard of instruction, with certified professionals guiding each participant. They provide all necessary scuba equipment, meaning no prior gear purchase is required. The minimum age for participation is 10 years old, and participants must be in good general health and possess basic swimming abilities.
