Bootstauchen / Boat Diver

The Boat Diver course (SDI or SSI) at tauchmalab is explicitly oriented towards dive travel preparation. The course covers entry and exit techniques, on-board procedures, and dive safari planning — practical knowledge that's less intuitive than it looks if you've only ever dived from shore.

At €129, it includes theory, an exam, and two open water dives. If you book the course in connection with a tauchmalab dive trip, 10% is knocked off the course fee — a direct incentive to pair the training with the travel.

Minimum entry is a Junior OWD. Study materials are extra.
