Mermaid Kurs (Level I)

Embark on your aquatic adventure with the Mermaid Kurs (Level I) at Mermaiding Cologne. This introductory course, priced at 99 EUR plus pool admission, is designed for aspiring mermaids aged 6 and above who possess the basic 'Seepferdchen' swimming badge. The curriculum focuses on safety, ensuring you can enjoy the magic of mermaiding responsibly. You will learn essential techniques for graceful movement in the water, including proper stretching and breathing exercises vital for preparation and comfort. The course also addresses practical concerns such as managing leg cramps and safely assisting a fellow swimmer to the pool edge, building confidence and camaraderie.
