The SSI Stress and Rescue specialty at Scuba Nova costs €375. It is one of the higher-priced specialties on the catalog, reflecting the depth of content involved. Head instructor Heino Woldhek completed the Rescue course himself early in his diving career and has noted that it was the course that resolved his own anxiety about diving.
The course covers recognition and management of stress in divers, self-rescue, and assisting other divers in difficulty. It is a meaningful step for any diver who dives regularly with others or in challenging conditions.

Requirements
- Edad mínima: 10 años (Open Water Junior) o 15 años (Open Water completo)

- No padecer claustrofobia ni asma severa
- Cuestionario médico firmado (PADI) — si hay duda, certificado médico
