TDI Advanced Nitrox Diver

The TDI Advanced Nitrox Diver course, offered by Go Dive Pacific NZ, is designed to significantly expand your underwater capabilities by mastering the use of enriched air nitrox mixtures, ranging from EAN21% up to EAN100%. This certification is a pivotal step for divers aiming to extend their bottom time within their existing certification limits, allowing for dives up to 40 meters (130 feet) without the necessity of staged decompression. It serves as a foundational qualification, often pursued alongside the TDI Decompression Procedures course, preparing divers for more advanced technical diving disciplines.

This specialized training is particularly advantageous for scientific researchers and underwater photographers who require extended durations beneath the surface. This course is currently exclusively available on Go Dive Pacific NZ's overseas tours. The comprehensive package includes all necessary course materials, final certification, breathing gases, accommodation, and meals, ensuring a focused learning experience. Prerequisites for enrollment include a minimum age of 18 years (or 15 with parental consent), a certified TDI Nitrox Diver qualification or an equivalent certification from another recognized agency, and a minimum of 25 logged open water dives. These requirements ensure that all participants possess a solid foundation in basic diving principles before embarking on advanced nitrox training.
