Enhance your breath-hold capabilities and refine your freediving technique with Bamboo Reef's Pool Training sessions. This course is designed to build confidence and control in a controlled environment, focusing on static apnea to improve breath-hold duration and dynamic apnea to extend your underwater swimming distance. You will also work on exercises aimed at increasing lung capacity and mastering relaxation techniques crucial for deeper dives. These pool sessions are conducted under the guidance of instructors certified by NAUI, SDI, and SSI, ensuring a high standard of training and safety.

While this course focuses on pool-based skills, the techniques learned are directly transferable to open water freediving.
