Discover Scuba Diving

This introductory experience is perfect for those curious about breathing underwater but not yet ready for certification. You'll get familiar with the sensation in controlled waters, such as shallow beaches, under the guidance of a certified PADI professional from Dive Center Portobelo. It's a safe and fun way to have your first taste of scuba diving.

The program includes a comprehensive introductory talk, all necessary equipment like tanks and weights, and an introduction to the gear by your instructor. You'll then participate in practical exercises in a controlled environment before embarking on a guided dive in the waters of Portobelo.

Boat transfer to the dive site is provided, ensuring a smooth transition from the center to the underwater world. This experience is designed to build confidence and provide a memorable first encounter with marine life. The center also offers fresh water to refill reusable bottles.

Participants need to be at least 10 years old, possess basic swimming skills, and be in good health, completing a medical form. The dive is conducted in the company of a Dive Center Portobelo instructor, ensuring personalized attention and safety throughout the session.
