Open Water Diver

The PADI Open Water Diver course at Delta Dive Club is your entry point into the underwater world, providing the foundational certification for independent diving up to 18 meters. This comprehensive program includes five theory lectures, five confined water dives to master essential skills, and the crucial open water dives that solidify your abilities. You will learn to assemble and manage your gear, clear your mask and recover your regulator, control buoyancy with a BCD, and perform emergency ascents with a buddy. Delta Dive Club ensures a supportive learning environment, focusing on individual progress and confidence-building, even for those new to diving.

This certification is the first step towards a lifetime of underwater exploration and is recognized globally. Upon completion, you'll receive a PADI certification card, enabling you to plan and execute dives with a dive partner anywhere in the world. The Open Water Diver certification also serves as a prerequisite for further PADI specialty courses, such as the Advanced Open Water Diver program, opening up new possibilities for adventure and skill development.

The course fee at Delta Dive Club covers theoretical instruction, pool sessions, rental of all necessary diving equipment, and the official PADI Open Water Diver manual and video materials. While the core course is structured to provide a complete learning experience, additional costs may apply for open water excursions, depending on the chosen location. This could include transportation to dive sites near Kyiv or travel expenses for international trips, offering flexibility in how and where you complete your certification dives.
