Bubblemaker

Safari Diving offers the Bubblemaker program, an engaging introduction to scuba diving for children aged 8 and above. This program is conducted in the calm, shallow bay directly in front of the dive center, ensuring a safe and controlled environment for young adventurers to experience breathing underwater. Participants will dive to a maximum depth of 2 meters, allowing them to focus on the sensation of being submerged and interacting with the aquatic world. The session includes a brief overview of essential diving rules and hand signals, preparing them for their first underwater exploration.

The program is designed for maximum engagement and memorable moments, fostering an early appreciation for marine life and diving. Each child is closely supervised by a dedicated instructor throughout the approximately 2-hour session. The location at Playa Chica beach provides easy and safe water access, making it an ideal spot for this introductory experience. Positive feedback from parents consistently highlights the joy and excitement Bubblemaker participants experience.

With an average sea temperature of 20.5°C, the waters off Lanzarote are inviting for underwater activities year-round. While specific monthly temperatures vary, the general climate supports comfortable diving conditions. The clear waters in the bay offer good visibility, allowing children to clearly see the marine environment around them. This makes the Bubblemaker experience at Safari Diving particularly rewarding for young learners.

Participants are required to bring a towel and swimwear. The program is available Monday to Saturday, with sessions starting at 12:00 PM. Safari Diving is certified by PADI, BSAC, and SSI, indicating a high standard of training and safety protocols. The center also offers instruction in multiple languages, including German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, and Dutch, catering to a diverse range of international visitors.
