Minicurso de Buceo - Discovery Scuba Diving

Embark on an introductory underwater adventure with the Discovery Scuba Diving course offered by Escuela de Buceo Sea Pride in San Andrés. This program is specifically designed for individuals with no prior diving experience, providing a safe and supervised introduction to the marine world. You will gain essential knowledge, including crucial skills like equalization, mask clearing, and proper underwater breathing techniques. Following a theoretical session, participants will practice these newly acquired skills in shallow, confined waters, typically around 2 meters deep, building confidence in a controlled environment.

The highlight of this minicourse is a guided open water dive to a depth of 6 to 12 meters, lasting between 30 to 45 minutes. Accompanied by a qualified instructor, you will experience the beauty of San Andrés' underwater scenery firsthand, applying your learned techniques in a real dive scenario. This initial exploration allows for ample time to observe and appreciate the local marine life. The course is conducted under the PADI and SDI certification standards, ensuring a globally recognized level of training.

The package includes transportation to and from the dive site, all theoretical and practical instruction, the guided dive itself, and underwater photos and videos to capture your memorable experience. To participate, individuals must be at least 10 years old and in good physical condition.
