The Buceador 1 Estrella (B1E) course at Centro Buceo Zaragoza serves as your official introduction to the world of scuba diving. This foundational program is meticulously designed to impart the essential knowledge and practical skills required for safe underwater exploration. You will gain a thorough understanding of how pressure changes affect the body, master the techniques for breathing with scuba gear, and learn about the inherent limitations of breathing compressed air at depth.

Your training journey begins with comprehensive theoretical classes that cover these critical concepts in detail. These sessions are followed by hands-on practical training conducted in a controlled environment, such as a swimming pool. Upon successful completion of the pool training, your course culminates with an open water dive. Upon certification as a Buceador 1 Estrella, you are recognized as a trained diver. While this certification signifies a solid foundation, it is advisable to dive with a more experienced buddy, particularly during your initial dives as you build experience. This course effectively prepares you for further advanced training, such as the Buceador 2 Estrellas, after you have accumulated a minimum of 20 dives.
