Het Mauritius Duikcentrum - Dive Passion Mauritius, gelegen in Belle Mare, presenteert zichzelf als een toonaangevend duikcentrum, gecertificeerd door PADI, SSI en TDI. Dit centrum biedt een volledig scala aan cursussen, van de Discover Scuba Diving-introductie-ervaring tot de Advanced Open Water Diver-certificering, maar ook meer gespecialiseerde cursussen zoals de Instructor Development Course en Technical Diving. Het bevat ook opties voor snorkelaars met snorkelen en de mogelijkheid om wrakken te verkennen met de Wreck Diver-cursus.
De faciliteiten van Dive Passion Mauritius zijn ontworpen voor het comfort van duikers, inclusief parkeergelegenheid, kluisjes, WiFi, bar en accommodatie voor een compleet verblijf. This entry-level program provides a direct introduction to breathing underwater in the shallow waters of the Belle Mare lagoon. Students start with a safety briefing on land to understand the basic rules of diving and equipment use. Under the direct supervision of a PADI certified instructor, participants practice basic skills in a calm, protected environment. This session is designed to build comfort and confidence before exploring open sea environments. All necessary Scubapro gear is provided during the lesson, and the class takes approximately half a day to complete.
Curso Advanced Open Water
Designed to expand diving skills and build confidence, this advanced course introduces divers to specialized underwater activities. The program requires five themed adventure dives, with Deep Diving and Underwater Navigation serving as the two mandatory core modules. The remaining three dives can be selected from options such as drift diving, wreck diving, and fish identification. Practical training takes place at various locations around the Belle Mare Pass under professional guidance. The package includes PADI digital eLearning and full equipment rental.
Curso Open Water Diver
This certification course is the standard entry-level program to become an independent diver certified to dive down to eighteen meters. The training is completed in three half-days, utilizing PADI digital eLearning materials that students can study online. Practical lessons begin with confined water training in the Belle Mare lagoon before advancing to four open sea dives. Instructors focus on equipment assembly, emergency protocols, and buoyancy control to ensure students become safe divers. Upon completion, students receive a lifetime certification card recognized globally.

What people ask before booking
The center is located inside The Residence Mauritius premises in Belle Mare. Parking is available directly on the premises or across the street at the Belle Mare public beach, which is a two-minute walk away.
We operate the TM 300 Pro Diver, designed by naval architect François Lucas and powered by twin 150HP Suzuki outboard engines, offering fast and stable access to the dive sites.
Outings are conducted in small, personalized groups with a maximum of 4 to 5 divers per guide.
The center is open Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 16:30 and Saturday from 08:30 to 15:00. It is closed on Sundays.
A minimum of two weeks' notice is required for cancellations or date changes; otherwise, the full payment for your services will be lost.
