Frequently asked

What people ask before booking

The resort is a year-round destination with daytime temperatures around 30°C and water temperatures averaging 28°C. While there's a wet season from November to March, which can be windier, visibility tends to be best during this period, and it's considered their high season. The protected location allows for operation throughout the year.

Non-divers can enjoy fantastic snorkeling around the two house reefs, just a short swim from the shore. Guided snorkeling packages are also offered, and the resort can provide ABC sets for rent, though guests are encouraged to bring their own if possible due to limited supplies.

The recommended route is to fly internationally to Manado, then take a direct Wings Air flight to Labuha. From Labuha airport, it's a 25-minute car ride to the jetty, followed by a 1-hour speedboat transfer to the resort. Flights via Jakarta are also possible but involve multiple connections.

Yes, Starlink WiFi Internet access is available for a fee of Euro 3 per person for the entire trip. It is accessible only at the restaurant.

All divers must hold a recognized certification and present proof upon arrival. Divers who haven't dived in the past 12 months may be required to complete a refresher dive. The dive center reserves the right to limit diving activities for safety reasons.

Payment can be made in cash (EURO), bank transfer, or credit card (VISA/MasterCard) in Rupiah currency at the resort, with an additional 3% charge for card payments. Prices are quoted in Euro.
