Buceo Madrid is een gerenommeerde duikschool en sportclub in het hart van Madrid, Spanje. The PADI Open Water Diver is the primary certification course offered in Madrid for beginners who want to learn how to dive. The program consists of digital theory, a four-hour pool session in Madrid, and four open water sea dives. The pool training takes place on a Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00, where students practice safety skills in a controlled environment. The four open water dives are completed over a weekend at our coastal partner center in Mazarrón (Murcia). Students practice navigation, buoyancy control, and emergency drills at depths between ten and eighteen meters. Instructors guide students through the exercises, ensuring that everyone moves at their own pace. The price covers the PADI digital e-learning materials, pool training, four sea dives, certification fees, and complete equipment rental. The club loans all gear for free, so students do not need to buy anything before the course. Upon completion, divers receive a digital card valid worldwide.
PADI Advanced Open Water Diver
The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is designed for certified divers who want to improve their skills and explore deeper sites. The program does not require pool sessions, moving directly to open-water training. The curriculum consists of five adventure dives completed over two days at our partner centers on the coast. Deep diving and underwater navigation are the two mandatory core dives. Students learn how to manage gas consumption and physiological effects at depths down to thirty meters. The remaining three adventure dives can be selected from specialties like wreck diving, peak performance buoyancy, or night diving. The course fee covers the PADI advanced e-learning materials, five training dives, and the rental of complete equipment. The practical sessions are held in Mazarrón (Murcia) or La Herradura (Granada). Completing this course allows divers to participate in deeper boat dives down to thirty meters.
