Paradise Scuba & Snorkeling Center, located in La Parguera, Puerto Rico, is a dive and snorkeling hub dedicated to exploring the region's underwater marvels. Certified by PADI and SSI, they offer a comprehensive range of courses, from Discover Scuba Diving to Instructor Development Course, along with specialties like Technical Diving, Boat Diving, and Night Diving. Their facilities include lockers, WiFi, equipment rental, a dive shop, and air fills (nitrox).
The center boasts access to over 20 dive sites, including the renowned "The Wall" in La Parguera, an impressive 1,500-foot reef shelf just 20 minutes offshore. This site, considered one of Puerto Rico's top diving destinations, remains relatively untouched, and Paradise Scuba & Snorkeling Center is among the few dive shops offering daily trips to it. They also provide snorkeling excursions to surrounding shallow reefs and night excursions to one of Puerto Rico's most amazing bioluminescent bays.
La Parguera is described as an underwater paradise, featuring rich marine life such as eels, fish, turtles, and coral formations. The center offers various activities for both divers and non-divers, including the "Bio Bay Parguera & Sunset Snorkel" tour, which combines snorkeling in shallow reefs with a visit to the bioluminescent bay, complete with empanadas and cold drinks. Other offerings include wall dives, reef dives for beginners with a maximum depth of 50 feet for added safety, and excursions to the bioluminescent bay, recognized as one of only seven year-round bioluminescent lagoons in the world.
Certified PADI instructors are available to guide guests through a variety of experiences, from introductory dives for non-certified individuals to earning advanced certifications. The center also provides airport transfer services, facilitating easier access for visitors. With languages spoken including Spanish and English, Paradise Scuba & Snorkeling Center strives to make every trip unforgettable, allowing guests to explore the magic of Puerto Rico's underwater world.
