The White Seal dive center, located in St. Petersburg, Russia, is a PADI and SSI certified facility with over 29 years of experience. They specialize in a wide range of courses, from Discover Scuba Diving to Instructor Development Course, in addition to freediving courses and specialized dives.

Boasting a team of 7 experienced instructors, White Seal offers entry-level courses such as Open Water Diver and Advanced Open Water Diver, as well as specialties like Enriched Air Nitrox, Rescue Diver, and Divemaster. For the more adventurous, they offer unique courses like Dry Suit Diver and the thrilling Ice Diver, under-ice dives conducted in extremely clear water conditions during winter.

Facilities include lockers, equipment rental, and air fills (including nitrox). The center also organizes boat diving and night diving, taking advantage of local diving opportunities.
