To enroll in the PADI Open Water Diver course, you must be able to swim, be medically fit for diving, and be comfortable in the water. The minimum age is 10 years old. For those aged 10-14, a Junior Open Water Diver certification is issued, automatically upgrading to Open Water Diver at age 15.
The course cost includes the use of basic scuba gear, such as a regulator, buoyancy control device (BCD), fins, wetsuit, boots, and cylinder. However, students are required to provide their own mask and snorkel, which can be purchased at the dive centre.
The PADI Divemaster course is the first professional level certification, transforming you into a dive leader. It involves expanding your knowledge, gaining leadership abilities through practical workshops, and assisting with scuba classes and supervising dive activities. Prerequisites include PADI Rescue Diver certification, 40 logged dives, and current CPR/First Aid certification.
