The center offers a comprehensive range of courses certified by PADI and SSI, from Discover Scuba Diving and Open Water Diver to more advanced levels like Advanced Open Water, Enriched Air Nitrox, Rescue Diver, Divemaster, and even the Instructor Development Course. They also provide training in technical diving, as well as snorkeling and boat diving courses. Furthermore, they offer additional services such as equipment rental, nitrox fills, and organize boat diving and night diving, catering to the needs of all types of divers.

For the convenience of its guests, Panorama Diver provides accommodation, WiFi, a bar, and a dive shop. The center also offers airport transfer services and facilities for shore diving. Package prices are attractive, such as the Bubblemaker program for children aged 8 and above (RM250), which includes kid-friendly equipment, supervision by a PADI Instructor, breakfast, and unlimited coffee & tea. The Discover Scuba Diving for beginners (RM250) allows for a maximum depth of 12 meters with all equipment included and an experienced instructor, with the option to upgrade to an Open Water course.
