GustDive es la escuela de buceo y centro de aventuras marinas de primer nivel ubicada en Puerto Vallarta, Mismaloya y Cozumel, México. Con más de 20 años de establecimiento en México, GustDive es propiedad y está operado por Gustavo Pitalua Domínguez, un PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT) muy respetado, conocido por su amabilidad, honestidad, calma y profesionalidad. Ofrecen una amplia variedad de aventuras submarinas y cursos de certificación de buceo recreativo, certificados por PADI y SSI, adaptados a todos los niveles, desde principiantes hasta maestros, y aptos tanto para adultos como para niños.
El centro enfatiza la atención personalizada con grupos pequeños e íntimos y un personal amable y divertido, priorizando la seguridad y el disfrute por encima de todo. GustDive facilita la exploración del mundo submarino bajo la supervisión cercana de instructores altamente cualificados, desde experiencias de Descubrimiento de Buceo en aguas confinadas (piscina o costa) hasta exploraciones más avanzadas.
Los buceadores tienen acceso a una diversa gama de sitios de buceo en Puerto Vallarta, reconocida como un destino principal de buceo en la costa pacífica de México, y en Cozumel, uno de los principales destinos del mundo. Estos sitios incluyen desde lugares famosos recomendados por PADI hasta joyas menos conocidas y exclusivas para buceadores locales, ofreciendo oportunidades para encontrar vida marina espectacular como mantarrayas gigantes, morenas, ballenas jorobadas, tiburones ballena, delfines y tortugas marinas, además de explorar cuevas, túneles, arcos, lagunas y arrecifes saludables.
GustDive también ofrece una selección completa de cursos de certificación, incluyendo Advanced Open Water, Instructor Development Course, Wreck Diver, Boat Diving y Snorkeling, una actividad accesible para todos. Cuentan con bar, piscina, alquiler de equipo, tienda de buceo, cargas de aire (nitrox) y ofrecen excursiones de buceo desde costa y desde barco. El centro habla español e inglés.

The Discover Scuba Diving program at GustDive offers a unique opportunity to experience the underwater world for the first time. This introductory session is meticulously designed for individuals curious about scuba diving but not yet ready for a full certification. The practical portion of the experience takes place in controlled environments, either a swimming pool or the calm, shallow waters near the shore, ensuring a comfortable and secure introduction. Under the direct and expert guidance of a highly qualified PADI instructor, you will learn the fundamental skills necessary to breathe and move comfortably underwater. The primary focus is on safety and enjoyment, allowing you to truly feel the sensation of diving and observe marine life in its natural habitat. This program serves as an excellent gauge of your interest in scuba diving and provides a solid foundation for future underwater adventures. GustDive prides itself on delivering a personalized and safe diving experience, ensuring every participant feels confident and at ease before and during their first dive. The program is adaptable for both adults and children, making it an ideal activity for families looking to share a new and exciting experience. The overarching goal is to provide a memorable and positive first encounter with scuba diving. While this program does not result in a certification, the skills and experience gained during the Discover Scuba Diving program can be credited towards the PADI Open Water Diver course should you decide to pursue further scuba education. PADI Certification Courses
GustDive offers a comprehensive array of PADI Certification Courses, globally recognized for their quality and thorough training. With an extensive selection of over 80 different courses, they cater to divers of all experience levels, from those embarking on their initial certification to seasoned individuals pursuing advanced ratings or professional development. The PADI Open Water Diver course serves as the foundational step for beginners, imparting essential skills and knowledge for safe diving up to 18 meters. For already certified divers, GustDive provides numerous specialty courses designed to build confidence and expand diving capabilities through personalized adventures, including deep diving, wreck exploration, and underwater photography. The center also provides clear pathways for aspiring Master Scuba Divers or even PADI Instructors. GustDive offers a wide range of activities including recreational scuba diving, PADI certification courses from beginner to instructor levels, snorkeling, whale and dolphin watching tours, and deep-sea fishing trips.
All scuba dives include masks, snorkels, fins, regulators, buoyancy control devices (BCD), dive computers or planners, scuba tanks, wetsuits or dry suits, weight systems, boat cruise, a certified dive master or instructor, and a certified captain. Light snacks of local fruits and bottled water are also provided.
GustDive operates in Puerto Vallarta and Mismaloya on Mexico's Pacific coast, and also in Cozumel, which is considered one of the world's top diving destinations.
GustDive is a PADI 5 Star Dive Center and offers a complete range of PADI scuba diving certification courses, from Discover Scuba Diving up to Master Scuba Diver Trainer and instructor levels.
Divers and snorkelers can encounter a variety of marine life including manta rays, moray eels, humpback whales, whale sharks, dolphins, sea turtles, damselfish, balloon fish, starfish, and trumpet fish, among others.
