Advanced Open Water

Bluforia's Advanced Open Water course is designed to build upon your existing Open Water certification, taking you to a new level of underwater exploration. This program involves five dives, with three specifically chosen from ten available specialty options. These specialties can range from the thrill of wreck diving to the unique challenges of night diving, each accompanied by its own dedicated theoretical module. Upon successful completion, you will be certified to explore depths of up to 30 meters (100 feet) without direct professional supervision, significantly expanding your dive planning capabilities and confidence.

The practical sessions for this Advanced Open Water course are conducted at some of the most remarkable dive sites Sardinia and the Mediterranean have to offer. Bluforia selects locations featuring historical World War II shipwrecks, dramatic natural rock arches, and captivating underwater caves. These sites provide diverse environments for applying your newly acquired skills. Divers can anticipate encountering a rich variety of marine life, including colorful scorpionfish, elusive moray eels, scuttling lobsters, and vibrant coral formations characteristic of the Cala Gonone marine area. Dive durations typically range from 30 to 45 minutes, allowing ample time to appreciate the underwater scenery and practice techniques.

Bluforia is a PADI-certified dive center, ensuring that your training meets rigorous international standards. The center offers instruction in Italian, catering to local and visiting divers.
