Niveau 2

The French Level 2 certification, offered by Diving Calvi, is your gateway to deeper and more autonomous underwater exploration. This technical level, accessible from age 16 with autonomy granted at 18, allows divers to explore independently down to 20 meters and under supervision up to 40 meters. The program includes a minimum of eight dives, starting with a rehabilitation dive at 20 meters. You will then progress to dives in the 30-40 meter range, including a memorable dive on the B-17 wreck, providing a tangible historical context to your training. Four additional dives are dedicated to mastering autonomy and learning essential skills for assisting divers in distress, ensuring you are well-prepared for various underwater scenarios.

This certification is recognized internationally and is equivalent to advanced Open Water training, incorporating specialties such as deep diving, buoyancy control, computer use, orientation, wreck exploration, and diver stress and rescue. The curriculum is designed to build upon your existing skills, introducing advanced concepts necessary for more challenging environments and preparing you for further advanced training. If performance objectives require it, additional dives may be scheduled to ensure you meet the high standards of this certification.
