Curso Open Water Diver

SSI Open Water Diver training at this La Azohía facility takes place over a period of four days. Students can complete their theoretical learning either through online modules or in-person sessions at the classroom. Practical training is conducted in the sea, allowing candidates to develop essential skills in a real marine environment.

The training program is designed to build water comfort, proper body positioning, and situational awareness under the guidance of Mirta or Miguel. Throughout the four days, students practice key safety exercises and buoyancy control techniques. This helps lower air consumption and ensures safe habits from the very beginning of their diving path.

All necessary gear is provided for the duration of the training, along with diving insurance and registration in the SSI digital application. After completing all academic and practical sessions, candidates receive both physical and digital SSI Open Water certifications. The package also includes a custom school t-shirt, photography of the underwater practice, and an optional diploma.
