Instructor training at adventuredive covers both recreational and technical-level certification under s.u.b. International. Andreas Kutsch is himself an award-winning s.u.b. instructor, recognised in 2020, 2023, and 2024 for training quality — which gives some indication of what the standard looks like here. Tamas, certified in April 2026 on the SF2 eCCR, also earned his s.u.b. Instructor qualification in the same course block.

The instructor crossover route is available for qualified instructors from other agencies wanting to add s.u.b. certification. Crossover fees are payable in full at booking confirmation — no instalment plan. If a candidate misses the course, they can reschedule to a future date rather than forfeit the cost, though any price increases between the original booking and the rescheduled date are charged at the new rate.

The Tec Instructor track adds the technical tier, qualifying candidates to teach decompression, trimix, and CCR courses within the s.u.b. system. Given that adventuredive operates at the technical end of the market and uses the SF2 as its primary CCR platform, instructor candidates coming through here gain direct hands-on experience with the unit they will eventually teach on.

Course scheduling is arranged individually. The calendar on the homepage lists upcoming course dates, but instructor training timelines depend on candidate readiness and are confirmed directly with Kutsch by phone or email.
