The curriculum typically spans two to three days, allowing ample time for both theoretical understanding and practical application. While optional PADI eLearning is available for flexible theory preparation, the core of the course involves hands-on learning. You will gain a thorough understanding of the unique hazards associated with deep diving, including nitrogen narcosis and the reduction in available bottom time, and learn effective strategies for managing these risks. Under the direct supervision of experienced PADI instructors at Pearl Divers, you will refine essential techniques first in confined water settings before applying them during two to three supervised open water deep dives.
