Randonnée palmée

The snorkeling outings run in the sea around Hyères and the Presqu'île de Giens, guided by a certified apnea instructor. The session covers proper use of fins, mask and snorkel before entering the water, then moves into coastal exploration with a focus on marine biodiversity. The area around Giens has shallow protected zones with good visibility on sunny days, which makes it suited for this kind of surface-level introduction to the underwater environment.

Participants from age 8 are welcome, with no upper age limit. All equipment is provided — fins, mask, snorkel and wetsuit — cleaned between uses. A GoPro is available on request to document the session. Groups are kept small; the sessions are led by the same instructor who runs the full freediving and spearfishing courses, so there is pedagogical depth available if questions go beyond the basics.

Pricing runs from 35 to 80€ per person depending on session format.
